The program brings the nation's business landscape to life through the words of the entrepreneurs, inventors and visionaries whose products have become household names.
We meet the company employees -- everyone from the CEO to the workers on the line -- who give us a first-hand look at how their famous products come to life. These men and women tell how their perseverance and creativity (and maybe even a little luck) brought success to their businesses, and transformed the communities in which their entrepreneurial ideas were born.

Crayola Enter the Crayola Crayon factory and the overwhelming smell will remind you of childhood. It’s the fragrance that comes from mixing paraffin and a few simple ingredients to produce crayons. More than 120 billion crayons have been made at the Crayola factory in Easton, Pennsylvania since 1903.
Louisville Slugger Louisville, Kentucky is the proud city of gracious old homes, award-winning modern architecture and the premier professional bat – the Louisville Slugger. Each day at the Hillerich & Bradsby Company plant, more than 2-thousand Louisville Sluggers are made and about one in five earn a place in the major leagues.
Tabasco Avery Island, near the Louisiana Cajun coast, is home to Tabasco Sauce and the McIlhenny family who created the famous brand. Grown on the island is the essential ingredient in Tabasco --- a pepper. Little has changed in the fifty acres of fields where the world famous Tabasco got its start.
